CPE was established in 2003 to operate as the North American office for Technipes of Italy. Based in Cumming, Georgia, USA, our primary purpose is the sale and technical support of Technipes equipment to clients throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico. We design equipment solutions and then present for technical merit and focus on justification, without sales hype. Cordano Packaging’s mission is to provide a superior product coupled with an attentive and engaged customer service experience through all stages of presale and aftersales support, the latter to ultimately distinguish us from our many competitors.
Based near Bologna, Italy, the heart of Italian industrial innovation, Technipes is manufacturing ISO9001 certified. Technipes equipment has become synonymous with innovation in simplified packaging automation, versatility, and robust construction. Machine efficiency, longevity, reliability, together with support for Technipes satellite offices and customers worldwide drive continuous improvement. Our equipment range offers a wide variety of equipment solutions suited to all types of applications – from low-capacity, semi-automated baggers, to high-capacity, fully automated turnkey packaging systems.
Our customers need not call an 800 number or have a purchase order on file to authorize help. Cordano Packaging customers are provided with the direct contact details for all the technical support team. Remote support is provided at no charge. Our priority is for our existing customers, and ensuring any technical troubleshooting, replacement parts orders, or onsite support needs are fulfilled efficiently.
